PECG’s Supervisory Meet and Confer Team met with
representatives of DPA on July 8 to discuss
several issues impacting PECG-represented
Supervisors and Mangers. The issues
included:
pay increase for Supervisors and Managers
retroactive to July 2008,
meal allowance reimbursements,
state contributions to the employees’ 401(k) or
457 plans,
professional society dues,
increasing the flex-elect cash option,
long term disability care, and
life insurance.
There were no agreements reached at the meeting
but follow up meetings are being scheduled.
